Business Development Manager

As a result of our expansion into the US, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and expand Shout’s services into the US market.
Based at our offices in Philadelphia you will hold extensive knowledge and experience of the digital industry and will come with ideas and plans on how Shout can succeed within the US market. You will have a proven track record of effective and successful new business development and selling digital marketing services, be a confident and effective communicator and have a knack for creating and developing lasting client relationships. You will be naturally enthusiastic and have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the market, competitors and industry trends.
What you need...
- Accountable for lead generation/business development organisation, which includes outbound tele-prospecting, inbound qualification and lead management
- Maximise and manage the lead generation pipeline to help fuel sales for Shout
- Enhance processes to achieve goals, report on metric and obtain key performance indicators
- Maintain and drive metrics resulting in increased sales revenue through call activity, qualified opportunities, scheduled appointments etc
- Develop, manage and publish reports and dashboard to executive team
- Collaborate with Client Services Team to assess sales opportunities in world markets including, but limited to, the US
- Create and conduct face-to-face customer presentations, proposals and demonstrations
We'd like to see...
- Proven 5+ years of software sales/business development experience
- Sound knowledge of the US digital market and experience selling to a variety of markets across the country
- Ability to plan and execute aggressive sales targets
- Experience in confidently delivering business pitches and proposals
