Business Development Manager

As a result of continued growth here at Shout, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, based in London.
We are seeking someone with extensive business development experience in a similar role within the digital industry. You will have a proven track record of effective and successful new business development and selling digital marketing services, be a confident and effective communicator and have a knack for creating and developing lasting client relationships. You will be naturally enthusiastic and have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the market, competitors and industry trends.
What you need...
- Effectively coordinate all aspects of the sales from start to finish
- Aggressively pursue and close new business and revenue streams
- Strategically plan to meet and exceed targets
- Hold exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain and utilise CRM database efficiently recording and reporting on all sales activities
- Develop new strategies to increase clients competitive edge
- Collaborate with Client Services Team to assess sales opportunities in world markets including, but not limited to, the UK
- Create and conduct face-to-face customer presentations, proposals and demonstrations
We'd like to see...
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience in a consultative sales role
- Proven track record of sales success and progression
- Experience in confidently delivering business pitches, proposals and responses to tenders
- You should be tech savvy with a passion for building and developing digital strategy
