COVID – 19 - Business continuity

We understand that the recent news and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 has been, and will continue to be, unsettling for all industries. Which is why our brilliant team have been stringently testing our remote working processes and systems over the past weeks, to ensure operations can run to the same high standard as usual.

What does this mean for our clients?

Here at Shout, we’re very fortunate that by the nature of what we do, we are already set-up to work remotely and using cloud services, with little discernible change to how we function. We hope this provides comfort to clients, in what we know is a time of rapid change and uncertainty. You shouldn’t see any real change in how we work with you.

How will this affect our employees?

The wellbeing of our employees is of paramount importance to us and we will continue to take government advice over the coming weeks.

We hope to be back working in the same physical space as our wonderful colleagues very soon - in the meantime, we will be seeing their faces every day through our video stand-ups.

Staying in contact

There will be no change to how you can contact us (apart from in person), as our landlines are all set-up to forward on to softphones on our devices.
