Nestled at the end of a tree-lined courtyard in the heart of Westminster, London, St. Ermin’s is an independent four-star deluxe hotel, which offers guests a relaxing environment where they can unwind and be themselves.
Once infamous for the exploits of the British Intelligence services, the hotel was now seeking a different kind of notoriety.

The challenge
St. Ermin's had recently undertaken a £30 million makeover and was looking for a digital partner to create a website that offered the same level of service that guests experienced when visiting the hotel.
With a significant proportion of their bookings being from overseas, St. Ermin's wanted to ensure all users to the site were given the same level of experience and the site supported multiple languages.
Ongoing maintenance of the website was also required, to maintain their popularity in a highly competitive London Market.

The solution
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders at St. Ermin's, enabled Shout to understand their customer demographics and carry out competitor research. Through this research, we were able to plot a typical customer journey and complement their strategy for attracting new business.
With an overhaul of the existing website’s functionality, Shout created an engaging user experience which mirrored the hotel's contemporary feel.
Applying our online marketing expertise, we carried out a rigorous search engine optimisation audit - which was then supported by dedicated and effective PPC campaigns.
To guarantee consistent user experience, separate site versions were built to considered language and cultural factors - ensuring the site would be suitably indexed and served to the correct audience.
