NCFE is a registered educational charity with a strong heritage in learning. A long-standing national accreditation and approvals organisation for apprenticeships, qualifications and other functional works skills.
They aim to provide a pathway for people from all walks of life to pursue advanced learning through a diverse and inclusive range of products and services. We were tasked with helping them achieve this through the transformation of their digital estate, acting as their digital partner on a significant business change programme.
We overhauled the user experience, introducing a host of new functionality that modified business processes and expedited the organisation's data collection strategy to provide valuable insights on their learners.
