Our Legacy Statement

Social value, though not a new concept, carries different meanings across different organisations. Our journey began by carefully defining what social value means specifically to Shout and crafting our own authentic legacy statement.

For us, social value transcends mere financial commitments or box-ticking exercises. It represents making genuine, sustainable changes—both large and small—to maximise our potential and nurture a culture deeply invested in our impact. Our legacy statement intentionally draws from our brand identity, emphasising that taking actions that matter—actions that genuinely improve lives for our colleagues, clients, and wider community—stands at the core of everything we do.

 

The Social Value Quality Mark

Achieving the Bronze Quality Mark required substantial commitments to create, measure, and independently report our social value. We made specific pledges across seven key themes, establishing clear goals and milestones that enable us to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Customers, investors and jobseekers increasingly place their loyalty with organisations who deliver clear social and environmental benefits. The Quality Mark separates, distinguishes and celebrates those businesses who are genuinely committed to making the world a fairer place. We are pleased that Shout Digital is joining the growing number of companies making this commitment.
